The port terminal infrared on-line monitoring system is adopted to detect the temperature of raw materials on the conveyor belt in real time and send sound and light alarm signal according to the pre-set warning value, so that the watchman can take corresponding measures in time to ensure the safe transportation of the conveyor belt. (1) Setting of temperature measuring region

For different transportation raw materials, the areas to be monitored are different. Different temperature measuring areas can be set for each conveyor belt to display the temperature of different areas.

(2) Setting of shielded area

Due to the complexity of the monitoring environment, in order to avoid the interference caused by other high-temperature objects to the monitoring target's high temperature warning, a shielding area can be added, shielding objects or areas that do not need attention.

(3) Temperature alarm

In the monitoring process, if the monitoring target temperature is abnormal, it will automatically alarm; the alarm information includes text information and sound information; the alarm method includes front-end hardware alarm and back-end software alarm, reminding the operator of the specific alarm location information, so as to track the hot spots, confirm the alarm situation and troubleshoot the problem.

The software can display the temperature curve of global and temperature measuring objects in real time, as well as the temperature curve of stored historical files, including high temperature curve, low temperature curve and average temperature curve, etc., so as to determine the trend.

The software has the function of automatically generating word version report, which can customize the template according to users' requirements, add saved pictures and temperature curve to the report, and then export and print.

(7) Dust removal and explosion protection measures

The system adopts 304 stainless steel explosion-proof cover and germanium flake at the front window, which plays the role of dustproof and explosion-proof. It can be used in inflammable, explosive and dusty environment to ensure the normal work of thermal imaging instrument.
