How Can We Get A Good IR Infrared Image? What Are the Precau

2020-07-13 12:00

Infrared thermal imager transforms the invisible infrared energy emitted by the object into visible thermal image. Different colors on the thermal image represent different temperatures of the measured object, and then find out the exact position of the object required according to the thermal image. When using infrared thermal camera for shooting, there are the following precautions:

1. Determine the Temperature Range

The infrared thermal imager can intelligently generate an infrared thermal image according to the surrounding temperature, but the temperature range must be confirmed before use, so that the work can be more accurate within a certain temperature range. Therefore, in infrared shooting, the temperature range can be set by the previous person and then measured by the equipment itself, which is conducive to improving the working efficiency of the infrared thermal imager and reducing the temperature measurement time.

2. Adjust the Focus

The infrared thermal imager has some functions of a camera, so it needs to adjust the focal length before use. The range of focal length is too high or too low, which is not conducive to reading temperature. Infrared thermal camera is divided into manual focusing and electric focusing, manual focusing is more accurate, electric focusing is more convenient, users can choose and use according to their own needs.

3. Avoid the Environment Impact When Shooting

When infrared thermal camera is used for outdoor shooting, it is inevitable to be affected by the environment. The direct sunlight will cause a lot of interference to the shooting and will have a bad effect on the equipment. The temperature of the environment and the sun increases the temperature of the object, making it difficult to get the right thermal image. Too low ambient temperature will also affect the shooting. The object is integrated with the surrounding environment, and it is difficult to judge the accurate position of the object through the thermal imager. Therefore, try to avoid rain, snow or hot weather to avoid inaccurate shooting results.

We need to get those three points right to produce clear and accurate infrared images.
