1) Blank mold

Therefore, the infrared thermal imager can be used to detect the temperature of the primary die, and then the production can be adjusted.

2) Core

Overheat or undercooling of the core will lead to bottle mouth cracks or core adhesive materials. In the double-drop and three-drop bottle making machines, due to the different working conditions of each mold cavity, the adjustment of core cooling air is also different. It is necessary to use infrared thermal camera to measure the temperature, and then make some fine adjustments according to the working conditions, so as to avoid the bottle mouth crack or core adhesive.

3) Mold bottom

The head is the bottom of the primary mold, which is in contact with the glass material for a very short time, and will rise or swing out when not working. The heat dissipation is good. If the temperature difference between the head and the primary mold is too large, the bottom of the bottle will have defects such as deep head printing, skewed head printing and uneven bottom thickness. Therefore, it is necessary to use infrared thermal imager to detect the temperature of the head. If the temperature is too different from that of the primary mold, it needs to be adjusted to some extent.

 

 

2. Application of infrared thermal camera in temperature monitoring of transformers in glass factories

Transformer and other electrical equipment are closely related to the production of equipment, once abnormal conditions occur, it will directly cause the factory production equipment to stop running, or even cause catastrophic failure.
