1. Overview

The relationship between the plasticity of some alloys and the temperature of steel is very complex, so the heating of billet is very important for temperature control.

2.1 Customer demand

An existing billet heating production line in a steel plant needs to measure the temperature of billet heating to improve the plasticity of the billet. The heating temperature needs to be controlled at about 850℃, not more than 900℃. It is necessary to solve the problems such as the limitation of the temperature measuring range of the existing point position instrument and the personal safety of the temperature measuring personnel in the process of temperature measuring. The equipment is reliable, durable and easy to operate.

2.2 Demand analysis

It is necessary to select an instrument to measure the temperature of the heated billet to ensure the temperature of the heated billet. Simple and safe temperature measurement:

3. Project plan

3.1 Equipment installation

3.2. Temperature setting

When the driving device drives the billet to an appropriate heating position, it starts heating, and the thermal camera begins to measure the temperature. When the temperature of the billet reaches an appropriate temperature, the thermal camera gives a switch signal. After receiving the switch signal, the driving device of the heating device drives the billet out.
