1. Why are rubber conveyor belts vulnerable to damage

There are two friction forces on the rubber conveyor belt when it works: one is the static friction force between the object on the conveyor belt. Compared with static friction, dynamic friction will cause more heat to rubber transmission belt. Rubber is easy to be aged at high temperature.
